When you’re much too busy working on your web sites or developing your web applications, you rarely have time to keep an eye on what is happening with the VPS server – if it’s overloaded or if all the services are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Managed Services solution, we’ll do this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to a custom–built server monitoring system and in the event that there is a sign of a trouble, our server admins will be warned instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is essential – you never know when something could go wrong. And using our Optional Managed Services package, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you having to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are always stored on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up special software applications on it. And if this may sound like something too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Optional Managed Services deal, is the ideal thing for you. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our veteran server administrators who will install and configure any software package or rectify any problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an additional feature.
